Refunds and returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The products must be returned intact in order to obtain a refund.

How to prepare the delivery

Proper packing of the return, helps to send it back to the sender without damage or delays. Here's how to do it:

  1. Repackage the item in its original packaging or other suitable box.
  2. Close the package carefully, removing any labels or stickers that are no longer needed.
  3. Print and apply the return labels shown below to the package, one on the inside and one on the outside. Write the code given by our operators in the appropriate spaces.
